Warehouse Floor
Receiving to dock — GS1 labels, pick boards, live queue on any screen.
Built for: Warehouse managers, receivers, pickers, and loaders.
The physical layer. Receiving and putaway scanning, pick tickets generated from confirmed orders, GS1-128 case labels printed on standard Zebra ZPL printers, dock appointments, and the live board — a fullscreen order queue designed for HDMI TVs and low-cost microcontrollers mounted on the floor, with audible alerts and one-click casting.
How a day runs through it
- 1
Freight arrives
Receive against expected POs, scan cases in, putaway to locations. Inventory updates from scan events — no count sheets.
- 2
Orders become pick tickets
Confirmed orders flow to pick lists with quantities and staging.
- 3
The floor sees it live
The live board shows new orders in seconds — pick counts, status, audible alert on arrival. Fullscreen and Presentation-API casting built in.
- 4
Label & stage
GS1-128 case labels print per order/stop; cases stage by route and dock door for the morning load-out.
